Promotion "REGISTER YOUR AUSAMA MACHINE"
The promotion is carried out in accordance with the following rules:
1. General considerations
AUTOMOCIÓNS SAN MARCOS S.L. (hereinafter THE COMPANY) with VAT number B-36050409; organises, develops and makes available to users the promotion called REGISTER YOUR AUSAMA MACHINE, hereinafter THE PROMOTION.
Participation in THE PROMOTION shall be governed by all the requirements set out in these terms and conditions.

Participation in this PROMOTION implies acceptance, without reservation, of the RULES contained herein.
3. Purpose of THE PROMOTION
Receive an advertising gift when you register your machine on THE COMPANY's website.
4. Models included in THE PROMOTION
THE PROMOTION includes machines of all the brands we distribute, excluding spare parts.
5. Scope of THE PROMOTION
This PROMOTION takes place exclusively in spain and Portugal. THE PROMOTION is exclusively offered electronically, through the website https://www.ausama.com/en/registra-tu-maquina.htm
6. Duration of THE PROMOTION
THE PROMOTION will be available from 01.01.2023. The product entitling to participate in THE PROMOTION must be registered within 30 calendar days of purchase. After this period, the form to register the machine will be available, but not the promotion that is the object of these rules.
7. Cancellation of participations
THE COMPANY reserves the right not to consider as eligible for THE PROMOTION those registrations that are not completed in full, contain errors of form, do not correspond to machines distributed by THE COMPANY, or are made outside the indicated period of 30 calendar days after purchase.
8. Management of valid registrations
Once a valid registration for THE PROMOTION has been made, THE COMPANY reserves a period of 8 months to send the advertisen gift to the USER.
9. Persons entitled to participate in THE PROMOTION
Natural persons over the age of eighteen (18) who are end customers, with habitual residence in Spain or Portugal and who purchase the products included in THE PROMOTION from 01.01.2023 may participate in THE PROMOTION.
Express acceptance of these terms and conditions is an essential requirement for participation in THE PROMOTION.
10. Processing of personal data
The policy carried out with respect to the processing and protection of personal data of those who subscribe to the registration and to THE PROMOTION, is set out in the PRIVACY POLICY of THE COMPANY's website (https://www.ausama.com/en/politica-de-privacidad.htm).
11. Modification of these Terms and Conditions
THE COMPANY reserves the right to modify all or part of these Terms and Conditions, including, modifying or deleting clauses, without assuming any liability for such modifications.
12. Control and security
THE COMPANY reserves the right to take whatever measures are necessary to prevent any conduct that is suspected to be aimed at any attempt to act in fraud of THE PROMOTION, in breach of its rules or to the detritement of other participants, forfeiting THE USER's right to the promotion.
Furthermore, THE COMPANY reserves the right to exclude participants who provide any material that may damage, interfere with, intercept or breach the security of any system, information or data, as well as when the personal data provided is incorrect or false.
If this is the case, THE USER will be disqualified from participating in THE PROMOTION.
