Anyone who orders a Trioliet mixer-feeder (self-propelled), stationary mixer or automatic feeding system between June 1 and December 14, 2015 can enter this contest. You will receive the registration form once you have confirmed your order. Simply submit your completed form and you'll have a chance to win an unforgettable trip.
The completed registration form can be submitted in three ways:

- You can download the registration form and save it on your computer. There are two ways to deliver this PDF document:
- Send it to pr@trioliet.com or
- Print it out and mail it to the address above
- You can also fill in the online registration form and submit it by clicking 'Send'. You will receive a confirmation email after submitting your online registration, which will serve as proof of registration.
