Triomatic T40 - Eurotier 2016 Innovation Award

The New Edition of the Triomatic T40 is among the 25 selected to receive the award corresponding to this year's 2016 edition, and during the opening ceremony of Eurotier, on November 14, it will be announced whether Trioliet's innovation will finally reach the gold or silver medal.

The new circular blade cutting system for the Triomatic T40 automatic feeding system cuts the feed precisely under an optimal feeding structure. The cut surface remains firm and intact and there is no secondary fermentation. This means no losses and ensures cost savings.

Thanks to the simplified technique the power consumption of circular blades can be reduced by up to 50%. Trioliet's system needs only 0.5 to 1.0 kWh per charge. Compared to traditional systems, this is very low. Maintenance costs compared to the previous system are significantly lower. The circular cutting blades are also very easy to change. You only need to remove four screws to exchange the blade, and then tighten the screws securely. Simple, fast and easy.
